Dear everyone at ebay
I'm facing a lot of problem with managing my sales in ebay. May be this is duw to new way of ebay processes or something else. Please help me
1. How to download list of orders including buyers shipping address ? Because its is very difficult and expensiove too, to get buyer address one by one thru on-line.
Is it chargeable to download the above?
2. When, what, to pay the ebay fees? which includes El's fees, Shop fees, and final sales value fees.
As per ebay announcement
a) We will get free credit of all types of EL's fees till march 23.
b) Shop fees are free for one month
But in both these cases I have been charged.
I am writing here as ebay customer support answer is not at all to ther point. They are simply avoiding my questions.
