EBAY. Neither giving refund nor registering complaint

I bought a mobile cover for my mobile in April, about 2 months back. Immediately on receipt of the product I raised the concern and asked for refund. It has been more than 2 months till now but Ebay is neither giving refund nor giving any proof in writing on refund. When connected thru phone number, telecallers are saying to write email along with 3 months bank statement. How anyone can share the 3 months bank statement with Ebay? When write complaint on email, they say, we will revert in 48 to 72 hours and noone calls you.
