EBAY INDIA FRAUD..CHEAT.WITH ME ..SHAME ON INDIA TEAM

I have bought Philips AT620 Aquatouch Shaver from first vendor on April 9 th (paisa pay
36119270256 ) a wrong item shipped and I have returned item with my own expenses ( 120 rs )I
was also advised by ebay to reject item by seller while he try to resend item and buy from
another seller.

 

As per ebay advise I have bought same item from another vendor with paisapay id 36256738216
and seller did not send proper invoice as of today and I was asked to reship item again and close
was closed. Very sad treatment.

 

I have been buying from ebay over decade and felt so bad about purchasing a product. No re-
grate, why I should I keep buying same product and returning because of seller negligence with
my own expenses. Not mentioned never faced this issue while shopping in us , why so much of
lenience on customer. Is india ebay trying to more seller friendly than customer friendly
encouraging fraud seller and punishing customer. Not mention claim processing centre
communication is very inefficient and carelessness to wards customer. Is bay become ethic less
and more less encouraging fraud seller. Any I will make this case refereed to ebay USA and
higher Authorities on careless attitude towards customer. Please go ahead and see how easy it
is do a purchase from Amazon and customer experience to return a fraud product and their RMA
policies regarding returning a product when seller is at fault. Any I will keep fighting on this till
justice is done on this case. If you you are honest Punish the fraud seller and not buyer. Defiantly
not a way to do business. Please react on this matter if you have any ethics. It shame to close
the case instructing to reship the item in 3 days to buyer and giving more than 20 days to seller
to resolve the problem. These seller don't even care about customer. Please decide whether a
fraud seller is important or a good customer.

 

Any way I will post this matter to social media and public forums as fraud is increasingly on
heigh and very little customer care taken at the end. And let ebay USA know about ethics and
practices followed in india how business can degrade and customers will move to other e-
eCommerce ( Amazon etc ) sites with such attitude towards customer.

I hope this is wake up call for ebay india senior management. Other wise you will lose
customers at rapid pace. I am posting this to ebay USA too.

 

This you call as invoce , please see rotten image without address, name product serial. Seller even don't care about credibukity of invoice, this invoice too given after a b ig fight for 3 weeks , still invalid.
