EBAY GARUNTEE. EBAY FALSLY CLOSES CLAIM. SOFT CORNER FOR SELLERS .

WITH DUE AND UNDUE RESPECT TO ALL EBAY TEAM(SHAREHOLDERS ALSO IF APPLICABLE).

I AM RAVI FROM MUMBAI.

A HAPPY BUYER OF EBAY TILL 27 AUG 2014 (MY LAST PURCHASE)

I WAS BUYING ONLY FROM EBAY BECAUSE OF ITS BUYER PROTECTION.

BUT THE LAST BUYING WITH EBAY WAS UNREALISTIC.

MY EBAY CLAIM ID IS 814594

MY CLAIM IS CLOSED BY SOME EBAY MAN(LACK OF KNOWLEDGE) SAYING IT IS UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.

WHEN LISTING IS SAYING THAT IT IS UNDER THIRD PARTY WARRANTY.

I RECEIVED DEFFECTIVE PRODUCT FROM SELLER AND I WENT TO EBAY FILLED CLAIM SAYING REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR REFUND THE MONEY.

EBAY CLOSED THE CLAIM FALSLY BY SAYING UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY... NOW WHAT TO TELL THEM FOR THERE SO KIND BEHAVIOR FOR SELLER ?

ITEM WAS IMPORTED AND IT WAS A MOTOROLA FOR VEROZONE. DONT THEY UNDERSTAND HOW COME IT CAN BE UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.

LETS FORGET THAT THEY DONT HAVE INTERNATIONAL KNOWLEDGE.

BUT CANT EVEN READ PRODUCT LISTING BEFORE CLOSING CLAIM?

THEY DID NOT EVEN CONTACTED ME BEFORE CLOSING THE CLAIM.

SAME DAY CLAIM IS CLOSED.

NOW BAD DAY STARTS FROM HERE.

AFTER EBAY'S HANDS UP I CONTACTED SELLER . SELLER HAS DENIED PROVIDING ME THIRD PARTY WARRANTY?.

NOW I AM DHOBI KA KUTTA.

SELLER SAYS THAT YOU TALK TO EBAY I HAVE NOT SOLD TO YOU I HAVE SOLD TO EBAY.

FROM 27DEC TO 4 DEC(TODAY) . I AM TALKING TO EBAY 4 TIME MY ISSUE IS ESCALETED. BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM EBAY TILL NOW.

PLEASE HELP ME EBAY TEAM/EBAY BUYER/EBAY SELLER/ FREE ADVISORS , WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

to all buyers who buy from Ebay... as per my concern do not buy any product from ebay.

My Lumia 730 20 Days old Ebay rejected my claim for Replace or refund.

Visited Nokia care to resolve my problem they repaire once but problem was same

second time visited they told me keep your phone with us for repaire we will call you when it's working fine.

what the hell  EBay you are doing only make users to fool to showing EBAY GARUNTEE n all.

and Nokia is big company but they are also make users to fool.

i think my phone was not going to replace they will give me a repaired device

ebyay helped me.. now they are refunding my money..

i recomand you to buy from ebay only...

before buying read there policy.. they say if manufacturer warranty you have to rush to manufacturer..

in my case it was diffrent .. my product has third party/seller  warranty...

seller trying to act smart and told me no warranty will be provided you when ebay closed the claim..

i went to ebay and told them that seller denied and from that moment ebay helped me to get my money...

i m happy with ebay...
