Dear Sir

I am suffereing alot due to some reasons while selling on Ebay. I am not able to find some strong solutions for these problems.

Pl look into the issue and suggest some solutions.

1. Buyers do not understand the product and leave a neutral feedback.

2. Buyers books the order from village and when courior not reached he initiates refund. Seller lost both the courior charges and DSR ratings.

3. Buyer dislikes the item and initiates a refund, re ask for refund and blackmails for negetive feedback.

4. Buyers some time cheats the sellers and says that parcel received empty. And there is no solution for this issue due to no tieups between ebay anc courior companies.

5. Paisapay takes time to process refunds. Why dont they process it immediately when a seller wants to give refund to maintain his good terms with sellers. Why dont they allow sellers to settle it outside Paisapay and take it as a policy violation. AFter all a seller is also doing this to retain his faith on ebay.

6. DSR :- When buyers are free to recreate his account with another id so why dont ebay support sellers. Why they have given the dangerous arms like DSR rating with which they are killing sellers. When Ebay.in is not so professional to resolve its shortcomings then why there is a standard rating limit has been put for sellers and not only this, their control is given toi buyers who merely can create accounts and just give a poor ratings to a seller.

This is the main issue which I want to elaborate. Let ebay put a poll with rating system from 1 to 10. Polling by both the sellers and the buyers, do ebay think that it will get 90% or 95%. i definetly can say that it will not achieve more than 55% or 60%. its the criteria in india where a buyer wants maximum for paying minimum.

Ebay should 1st understand these things and should also uplift its standdard upto ebay.com level and then should talk about DSR ratings.

when ebay.in is not good enough to such a high ratings then why they block low DSR sellers.

A buyer is free to create another account and just give ZERO rating if he didnot like the product.

WHAT IS THIS BOSS?

7. Seller should be provided facility to clear their negetive feedbacks just by explaining it to the ebay. because buyers are sometime so rude and sometime not feel it important to receive the calls or call back to resolve a issue.

the issue of blank parcel is most probably due to the courior theft during transit. this is generally happen with sellers that the product is theft in between and seller have to bear the losses. it is not like that the seller is cheating. it is also happening with most of the well established genuine sellers also. we are always requesting ebay to comeup with some tieups with courior brands which give assurance of the product delivery in proper condition. Lets hope that these sort of things get resolved soon.

about the cheating from seller side, yes there may be some cases because of negetive elements in every industry. Sad to say but ebay is not working properly on this side. It blindly puts sellers account on hold to show some work is going on. But there is no suchg professionally effective step is taken so far. Most genuine sellers are also facing the issue of negligence of ebay executives who have the responsibility to sort such cases. ebay just having the weapon of holding accounts. nothing can be done to resolve this. Hope to see some positive action soon.

100% Ebay provide and give more importance to buyer . What will you do ebay if sellers won't sell here? You and paypal both don't have a proper rules , all you know is the buyer should be satisfied and should get his money back even if he's cheating.

Why are we here? We are here to sell and make money. But, if a buyer can make money just by buying, then why are we selling and loosing our money. Let us stop selling and join the buyers and start buying. That way we will never loose money and get 100% profit. (just kidding...)

ebay executives are cleverly replying to unnecessary posts in this community to show their work outputs to their bosses and not willing to give inputs in serious issues.

sear ebay its your responsibility to address important issues. This community room has no importance if it is not addressed by you guys.

Therefore look into the issue and please comment on this.
So many sellers are posting in this and wishing tohear from you guys for their problems.

Oh come on I am sooooooooooooooooooo frustated now.

A customer confirms product delivery on 19th May 2011. Today on 25th of May he leaves negetive feedback saying that mp3 player is not working. He has charges the small mp3 player for a whole day and now its battery is damaged. Who is responsible for such things.

Sellers are in hell. Is ebay going to take this issue. We are not here to carry the burden of negetive feedback all the time.

Very Very simple

You pl don't sell duplicate items.

Try to sell ORIGINAL ITEMS which will not damage within one week,even got damaged, the company will give replacement warranty.

Try to think about buyer who bought item from you in fond of and got frustrated due to damage even within one week.

Try to give value to the HARD-EARNED MONEY OF BUYERS.

IT HAS BECOME COMMON TO CHEAT INNOCENT BUYERS ON eBay.

Everybody in this discussion is forgeting one thing that we Indians love to make a quick buck and in doing so we forget that we need to maintain quality above all. Sellers put their money at risk by paying in advance to a person they do not know. Even banks would not risk their money on uncertain elements if they do not get any guarantee. This guarantee is provided by ebay to the buyers to put their money at risk by paying unknown persons across the internet. Not all buyers are cheats or not all sellers are cheats. If the wrongs elements fall out due to the strict administration of ebay, it will good in the long run.

amit256610 beware of this fellow. He bid an item then whne payment requested never replied. Then unpaid item case opened he pays and then wha he does is leaves neutral feedback claiming shipping charges are high. Rs. 70 he paid and from Kochi to Kolkatta speed post I have evidence of Rs. 67 charges. When we approach ebay they conveniently state that there is no vulgar or indecent words and cannot be removed. While pure revenge is clear from the actions.

What more can a seller do with ebay and this sort of buyers? They charge us sellers through the nose and then they leave us without any choice but to abandon ebay.

To all sellers see if you cna find better choices and tell me also.

DSRs are really killing. Moreover Indian buyers treat ebay as a joke and on the contrary ebay makes sellers take all this very seriously. this is a huge imbalance. some buyers do not know English nor ebay rules and give neutral or low DSRs for fun. Negative feedback DSR should be open to buyers with 50+ feedbacks only. Buyers who give neutral or negative without first contacting sellers should be penalized. I had one buyer who got a pen at half the cost it it available in international market and subsequently he heard the pen is being sold in Delhi for lower cost and gave me neutral on basis of that. How am I responsible for this. But there is no appeal against low DSR like community forum is for negative feedback.
