I have purchaged I phone 5s through ebay cost 21,499.00 but its not working properly and touch is not working. i have tried to contact seller but seeler info is wrong. i have climed a case on ebay Claim ID : 1663057 but ebay team is not giving responce properly. ebay is fraud online market dont purchage anything on eaby. and i am going to file a case in consumer court also i have only hope on consumer act. if i faild in that also. i can't do anything because its my dad's gift. its more than his effort because of my wish he purchaged but i lost my money i cant face my dad. 22000k is huge amount for me.
