PaisaPay ID 30054227501 , applied eBay gift voucher / promotion code EBAYDUSS11 for a 1TB HDD .
Transaction was done in September,no intimation from ebay until now..
Can you please provide an update on the status on when the gift will be dispatched.

I purchased “Item #260846845219 Canon 550D with 18-55mm IS Lens Kit + Manufacturer WRTy” from ebay.in on 23rd September 2011 using paisapay id 30035006095 with gift coupon EBAYDUSS11 which is eligible for “1 TB Western Digital 2.5” Drive”. This gift was committed to reach me well before 45 days and its way past (90 Days) from that date now and I am yet to receive, kindly help me in getting the same at the earliest.

I have sent several mails and called the customer service.But no reponse from them. I made a purchase with ref paisa pay ID:30063244693 on 30-sep-2011 with the ebay promotion code EBAYDUSS11. Still the gift is not delivered. Not even responding to the calls and mails.Is this the way ebay treat the customers?

Is eBay sleeping. There are hundreds of worried customers waiting for their diwali gifts since months and eBay has been so casual. Come up with your explanation. This is a shame. eBay will lose all these customers if their gifts are not dispatched soon. THis is cheating. I am also waiting for my 1TB HDD since september. You better respond soon

It has been a month after posting in this forum and no reply to the post , 4 months now since the item was bought and the gift promised is yet to arrive .

I am waiting for my Dusshera gift since the last 5 months. I called ebay customer care around 10 times. Every time the agents repeat the same phrase "You will receive the gift in 2 weeks"

Is there any "Customer support" guys actually there?? Or is it an automated machine handling these?
