Dussera gift not received -- the free gift offers fake??!!

Hello,

I bought Samsung Galaxy S3 on Oct 31, 2012 paying over Rs 31000 and used CELEBRAT01 promo code for the gift from http://deals.ebay.in/celebratewithfreegifts/

I contacted eBay multiple times, but nobody gave a definitive answer as to how or from where (URL) I can claim the gift. The customer service is pathetic to say the least. Wake up management of eBay India and listen to customers' concerns!!

Now tell me how can I get the damn gift you promised!

Dussera gift not received there is no process to trace out i thing it was fake offer such a big website doing this thing of thing is not good. X-(

So finally one of the support personnel gave me the URL to claim the gift, here goes it:

Yup its fake its been more then 45 days but i didn't get my gift yet.
