Duplicate items on eBay

This is in reference to Item ID:320490085459, a Giordano stainless steel watch , which i have purchased on 03/03/2010.As per the seller I could avail the seller warranty and can get my watch repaired at any Giordano store but to my astonishment i found that the Giordano watch shipped to me was not an authenticated watch, as it didn't had any model number and even the Giordano executives denied its authenticity. I tried contacting to the seller by mails as well as on phone, every time they said they will respond on it but they haven't till date.
