Dumb People Hired in TNS to resolve queries.....

Hello Sellers & eBay,

I wish to bring one bad incident in front of you. I have listed one product i.e. Rocker R8 Mobile as manufacturer provided us black color images & while color phones. So we have listed product with available images & mentioned clearly available colors in listing.

Buyer has read all the description before placing the order. Buyer buying from Online shopping site that means he is educated person who can able to read product description. After getting a product buyer given us Neutral feedback stating " Ordered black & delivered white"

Its not possible to any seller to post each product color photo in product page. Even if anyone go for manufacture warranty product they never offers all color images on product box. Only they mention respective color on product box. I did same. Still I have received unfair neutral feedback.

When I called to TNS team about this issue, those fool members like Mr. Sunil & Miss. Shreelakshmi are saying that you have posted black color photo in your listing. They said that you have mentioned color availability in your listing but still we are not able to remove this neutral feedback.

May I know why eBay is hiring such dumb people without complete business process knowledge? If we are mentioning everything clearly in listing when why we have to suffer from unfair neutral's?

If they not able to give resolution then why eBay is wasting there money by providing them salary for no work?

Miss. Seema, Can u tell me do you also think its our mistake?

I have mentioned in big letters so that buyer come know to know about color also. Does buyer can see only image not a description?

So far as our experience is concerned in last 8 years in case of need, You may contact ONLY God and place a petition to your favourite GOD whom you pray, and place before HIM an Application for solution, and I am 100% sure, if HE Helps, no Ebay staff can resist it. He is above All. Don't take it lightly or jokingly. We have also got solution by this way only.
