Does the ebay customer support team have any set TATs ( Turn around times) of is it purely at their

I have filed a claim for a transaction contracted into on 26th July, 2013

Never received the item

Corrosponded with a responsive seller

Item seems lost in transit

Possible fraud on part of the logistics partner

 

Filed a claim on August 13, 2013.

 

My case is yet unresolved, nor has there been ANY response to my claim from either ebay or the seller.

My case has been sitting in the bucket for over 16 days

Does ebay have any kind of a TAT for case resolution?

I wish Amazon was here doing business with Indian customers

I simply LOVE amazon's customer service
