Does eBay India have a functional Trust and Safety Team?

I don't know much about eBay. So I was just wondering if eBay India has a Trust and Safety Team that was help sellers resolve their queries in case of:

1) Fraudulent Buyers
2) Unjustified Negative Feedback

Also I would like to know if eBay India has a Customer Support Team that helps the seller and answers their queries related to:

1) Fees
2) Credits
3) Selling Limits
4) Policies

Does anyone really work for eBay India other than those Call Center Executives who don't know anything about eBay??

This is not even worth Rs 50 in the open market and I paid Rs 599 for the same . The MRP on the box says Rs 12 for this item. Really sad to say that I was cheated and will never ever go for any product online ( touch and feel is very important ).
