eBay should never invite people for their seminars/functions only to insult them. If eBay is'nt "man" enough to see(or hear) what they truly are and what really happens on their site then why pretend to be open to views and dscussions. Just by arranging a dinner does not give eBay the 'Right' to do whatever they think.

I find your views on FIRC very laudatory, your knowledge is also comprehensive.

I would like to you enlighten the community on your views on VAT / CST and Customs Duty.

Does payment of these duties help the nation?

Is paying CST for inter - state trade essential for ebay sellers? Or one does not need to pay any taxes as long as they sell only domestic?

This evasion of taxes and illegal International shipping procedure is an important issue.

It's a social responsibility of ebay to guide the members about the procedure rather then directing us to a legal expert or a Chartered Accountant.

The basic procedure of getting the International payment through PaisaPay / Paypal and shipping the goods marked as GIFTS .... seems to be totally ILLEGAL.

Would request ebay to kindly let the Community know the correct procedure so that we are able to maintain the Accounts Books correctly for our International Sales. .
