Dear Seema,
I am only getting responses from customer care on phone which are not matching with each others response.

I was told my gift was dispatched on 25th Nov 2011 by CC over phone on 29th Dec, without any further details saying systems down.

Yesterday i got different response from CC on phone, that my Diwali Gift is not yet dispatched.Again systems down for my further queries.

They assured me a call back from Promotion dept. within 24 hrs, but nothing happened so far.

Also when i try do online chat with support, i am not getting connected, tried many times.

I redeemed my Diwali gift on 30th Oct its more than 60 days from date of redemption. As per the Promotion terms it should be dispatched within 45 days after redemption according to this link http://kuponanindia.ebaysocialapps.com/ebay/MegaDiwali/TNC.html

Any updates from your end on my gift status, or i have to go to Consumer Forum on this?

Hello Friends,

To my surprise I got my Diwali Gift Nokia C5 today evening by Bluedart.

I feel only problem is communication from Customer Care dept. Ebay need to be strict with their staff to keep their reputation high by providing better services.

To be frank i never face any issues with purchasing from ebay.in
