Dear Seema,
Today when i try to talk to customer care on phone, i was told my gift was dispatched on 25th November,but no further details available on the system.
I have been calling CC from 2 months at least once in a week,they never told about this dispatch so far, instead asked me to wait for the gift.
I never get any intimation about the gift dispatch. Even if it is really dispatched i am a work at home guy, available 24x7 at home for Courier to handle the item to me. At least courier guys might have contacted me on mobile.
Being a reputed company how it is possible to answer like this after repeated calls. Why not your systems not getting updated with all these details for months?
After all these arguments i was assured of a call back from Promotion dept. within 24 hrs.
I am expecting a quick resolution within 24 hrs from you people at least now.
