So far no communication from ebay regarding my Diwali Gift.
I opted for Nokia C5 mobile.When i try to contact on customer care, i am not getting proper response, just getting a reply to wait. how many days to wait for the gift?

I redeemed the gift on 30th Oct, CC people says i dd it in first week of November. They are very confusing or trying to make customers confuse.

I also write once here, but no reply.
I will wait for few days, if not getting any result will go to Consumer forums. I hope it won't happen.

Note:- Please send all gift through DTDC Courier or Speed Post because other courier service is not available in my city(Kandaghat) last time you have send the gift by Blue Dot. I have face a lot a problems. Please do not use the other courier service.
