.... u hv posted on 25-11-2011 that my gift has been dispatched but when i inquired with ebay CC representative , they told that is hasn't been dispatched ... I don't understand whom to believe ?

I am still waiting for the gift even after more than a month. Very unfortunate that international brand like ebay has lacked client orientation & inefficient customer support & lack of transparency. I am afraid if ever I will opt for any gift in future & has done recently by not opting for this. Wake up call for ebay

E-bay, executives say that they have sent it but it was returned. HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT ORDERED BUT NOT THE GIFT?

My address has never changed since a long time and there is no way that it could return.. Atleast the courier guys call before they return it back.


I have completely stopped buying because of E-bay Dirty practices and awful tactics.

Can you please update me on the status of my Gift . I have opted for Nokia c2-02 phone.
You are good in providing faster delivery for purchased item..... Why you people are not maintaining that type of service for gifts also.
