Diwali Promotion Gift and Ipod Shuffle Not Received

eBay has been fooling around with me since December 1 now. I have complained that I have not received any of the free gifts as per their offers in Diwali and after that. But since months the customer service is playing around with me.

I can confirm that all the eligible members for the gifts under the above mentioned promotions have received their gifts. However, I do understand that you have not received the same for some reason.

Its not with one.. There are many who has not recd the gifts..
I m one of them.

I have worte several emails.. Every time I get a same typed reply...
I feel EBAY has standardised reply for Diwali gift. I had bought a camera for 11.5k. I was suppose to get a 80GB hard drive.. No name of hardrive yaar.

Ebay has washed off its hands so nicely...

Once they ran out of promotion gifts and then had to give me something else last year.

This time I again made use of a promotion gift coupon and when i wrote to customer care regarding the delay, they gave me wrong coupon code number in their response. I prefer using instant discount coupons now rather than promotional gift coupons.

well i made my cart , and since yesterday i am trying to apply the gift code of , E bay but it it so disappointing that, i am not able to apply and and nore able to execute my order 😞

I missed entering the Diwali Promotion Gift Coupon code after buying a mobile phone. When i immediately contacted customer care for the same i was denied giving the lame excuse that the coupon codes change everyday and are unique for every userid when the same coupon code was a common coupon code to avail the offer.

I am an ebay buyer for more than 7 to 8 years but sadly the service is fast deteriorating.

All it needed was a little effort on the past of customer care(read customer couldn't care less) to address the issue.

Need to be more careful from now on and cannot trust ebay as i used to.

I bought a fujifilm digicam on 17th october 2010 (PaisaPay ID: 27720500452) and used eBay gift voucher (DIWALISPL7).I have received the purchased item on 20th oct 2010 EXCEPT the free gift(250 GB Portable 2.5 Inch HDD).

And being a utter impatient fellow, i have written thrice on different threads that nobody is responding and blah blah blah. Well i made a mistake here. I should apologize for the E-Bay officials. So here it is , my official apology to E-Bay:

1:You not only give sellers a very cheap place (in a good way to sell their items, but also give the buyers a place to buy stuff at comparatively low price.
If any body is having doubt about that then get me a Fujifim FinePix S 1500 @ unbelievable 8750- 2500= 6250 INR Price!

So sorry that i cursed you thrice at different posts.

People who havent got there diwali gift, just one advise to you all, you must have got your ordered item na! now if you get your gift then its a bonus else be happy with what you bought! Kya leke aaye the jo yahan se le ke jaoge!!!

Jokes apart, i hope e-bay fellows are listening and you all will be soon receiving your gifts as i got!!
