I was supposed to get a refund from ebay (Flat Rate Coupon of Rs.4800 (KMM55348015V33602L0KM) but was not intimated about the same because of which i missed it.
I get mailers from ebay but when it was supposed to help me, ebay forgot to send one.
This is unaccpetable and if u see the history, this is in lieu of a diwali gift that I was supposed to receive in december 2010.
Its been one full year and I have not yet been refunded.
This is unaccpetable from a company like EBay and to do this with me, someone who bought goods worth 50000 in two months.
I hope EBay atleast responds to this mail with in the SLA.
I have sent mails regarding this flat rate coupon many times but never got a response.
Its not my fault that I was not intimated and the due date passed.
Kindly do the needful.
