I have not received my Diwali gift Blue Ray DVD Player.
I Called the customer care several times then chat several times and even have sent many mails.
Whenever I call or chat, I get the same answer "u will get by next week, we have updated to promotional team"
And even worse when you sent a mail, they have not responded to any of my mails since December. I have sent more than 15 mails.
They are not registering a complaint or not giving any alternate number for next escalation point.
