Diwali Gift!!! Why am I not eligible?

My PaisaPay code is 271015366710. I purchased item worth 11300 on 14th Nov 2012. Now I am getting the message that "Oops!! Sorry you are not eligible for this promotion"... What the hell????? As per their description, last date for redemption is 1st Dec.

Anyone has any idea what's going on?

I am also getting the same message yesterday, "oops, sorry you are not eligible for this promotion".
I called customer care yesterday, they promised me that the issue will get resolved by EOD yesterday. But the problem still exists.
Don't know what to do.

I had a live chat today, and they told me there is some problem in their side. They asked me to send a mail to inappeals@ebay.in regarding it... Let's see

Same with me and no response from imappeals@ebay.in also. This is ridiculous of ebay, if they cant handle it properly, they should give such offers and cheat customers.

I am having this problem with redemption for my Diwali dhamaka gift since it got posted on the eBay website.

Called up customer service twice (yesterday and today) but they say that it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Nothing is happening and eBay is not contacting back by email or phone.

All I get is this message: "Oops, you are not eligible for this promotion".

At the very least eBay should post a message on their site apologising for the inconvenience and updating us when this issue will be fixed.

I called ebay and also sent mails to inappeals@ebay.in but it seems nothing happening from their side.
Ebay, please correct the issue. so that we can claim gifts
