Diwali Gift Not Received yet

I have ordered the following before 26th October

30129833740 DIWALIBY01 SAMSUNG 40" LED 40D5500 SMART TV + 1 YEAR WARRANTY
30157363480 DIWALIBY02 Branded Jk-6036-a31in1 Screwdriver Tool Kit)

with the Diwali gift Coupon codes DIWALIBY01 and DIWALIBY02
and i selected the Nokia c2 phone as my gift.

Its been nearly 2 months now and I have no update on my gift so far.

I reported this many times to the customer support.The response is very bad.
Each time they say the same story
"Your records are not with our team and our team cant do any thing"

I didnt expect this from EBAY

Funny , I see the new offers on the Main site for Christmas.First send the Diwali gifts and then expect us to shop for Christmas 🙂

Please take quick steps in resolving the issue.
