Diwali Gift Not Received - 4 month elapsed

i ordered my phone on 13 nov ...
but till now, i had not received my diwali gift.

i have called ebay so many time...(also contacted them through CHAT)
Every Time , they give same answer "Out team will call you soon"..
i did't get any call from ebay till now...
They are Cheating ..and Lied So many times..
It has taken 4.5 MONTHS...
but no gift received.

Same problem here. I had ordered a Sony Xperia SL mobile phone during the "Diwali Dhamaka gift redemption offer" am writing in to remind you that I have not been able to redeem my Diwali gift after buying a Sony Xperia SL phone (item number160895033734) that I paid for by Paisapay (Paisapay ID 32472830494) on 15th nov 2012.

Despite contacting eBay customer support many times no one is sorting out this problem.

Please look into the matter and sort out this issue.
