I had claimed 500GB WD Hard Disk , but still date not receive it, when ever i call customer care they only reply one sentt. you will get soon. but after waiting more than 60days Gift not receiving.. pls Help mw.

I had received a mail from you saying that the Diwali Mega Gift promotion for a 500 GB Hard disk would be delayed for 4 - 7 weeks and i could pick an alternative. I did so on the 21st of November. I selected a Kodak CD 443 Camera. But to date i have not received it.
