Yesterday an item when bought as second chance offer, considered as either fixed price or auctioned final bid offer, thro' PaisePay, the 5% discount coupon could not be applied. Even the Diwali Gift Coupon for Rs.4999+ could not be applied because it could not be located in time ; because one can not navigate to Home Page (where the gift copon details provided ) from any other page which is a eBay webpage lacuna. Pl.appreciate that it is very unfair because bid price was originaly estimated considering the discount/gift benefit in mind.
Therefore eBay is requested to reward this author,a regular buyer, with a discount coupon or any other suitable means to get satisfied. Please provide proper links to gift coupons & Home Page in all other pages. Thanks.
