Disappointed with Ebay refund process

Hi,


I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchased one item(paisa id : 40148991568) and item was not upto the mark which definded so I had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the
amount but through ebay and I need to open a case. I had opened a case in EBAY case reference number is SR 1-54505537648, post which I have called 5-6 times to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 24 or 48 or 72 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 35 days to process the refund.


I had also raised claim(1188183) for this but customer care team cancelled the claim on 12-Sep-2105 without check attached OPD documents which was present on mail and mentioned that I had not provided OPD documents.But I had already provided the OPD on 9-Sep-2015 by mail. I called again to customer care about this, they accepted the mistake and open case(SR 1-54505537648) to initiate refund process.

This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay.
