Disappointed By seller as neither the product is nor the Coupon is working

This is to inform you that I ordered a logitech k270 keyboard on 18 october 2012.
I paid full amount including shipping.
Product was to be shipped by 24 oct. But, now I got a mail informing that seller is unable to ship the product as it is out of stock.
First of all I want to know that how can EBAY have such system where the availability of product is not sure and full amount has been taken from the customer.
This was my first bad experience with ebay.
Second thing is that, in this purchase I used a 10% discount coupon,which was mailed to me by you.
Now the problen is that neither the product I got,for which I used coupon,nor the coupon can be used for my other orders.
So I request you to please give ma a valid code of 10% or make my previous coupon usable.
And please take a serious action against the seller who is just telling lie that the product is out of stock as he is selling the same with high price now.

But its about 50 days passed and I have not recieved any coupon yet.
Every time when I call ebay, they told me that I will get the coupon within 24-48 hrs.,
2)the coupon is out of stock .

I have sent the coupon to incswebhelp@ebay.com many time but not helped.
But I dont expect such type of service from ebay. 😞
