Didnt recieve the ebay Bigdaddy Gift till now -Irresponsible ebay

I've bought camera on the month of june worth 39k i've applied the coupon code bigdaddy11 for the external hard disk as the gift,and the paisa pay id is 31480841385 . Till now i didnt get the gift that eBay has told that it will get shipped in 45-60 days from the date of purchase(now its more than 150 days) 😞 . I kept on contacting eBay regarding the same from the 60th day of purchase, They told that they will ship the same in next 2 weeks ...( its been a lots of 2 weeks since then)...
