I have ordered for quick Heal Antivirus CD which I have not received hence the key without CD is useless for me. Since You have not delivered the CD within the stipulated time of 18-6-2017. I have also lodged a complaint for the refund in your customer care office. My Complaint ID no. is 2986486.
You are therefore required to give me refund as I have already purchased Quick Heal Antivirus CD from other local supplier and hence please refund my paid money Rs.649/- at the earliest by crediting the same account from where I have made payment on 6-6-2017.
Since I had not received the quick heal CD upto 18-6-2017, I had lodged claim on 19-6-2017, but still after the lapse of 5 days I have not received my money in my SB a/c
