I had placed an order with seller
EBAY rated it as excellent seller.
Its been 20 days neither I have received the item, nor there is any update or contact from Seller/E Bay customer care.
I raised a claim for refund and it was rejected by E Bay saying item delivered (which is false). Till date Blue Dart shows that item is not yet delivered and E Bay rejects my claim saying item delivered.
I sent mails to seller but have no response from him.
I tried raising new claim, but do not have option to reopen or raise new claim.
Kindly suggest what can I do??
