I bought a mobile from Ebay Power seller but he send me the used mobile so immediately i reshipped it back the seller after consulting my claim adjuster and also mailed the scanned copy of the courier charges to the ebay for reimbursement. But it has been 2 months i didnot get my Demand draft for the courier charges. I called customer care for atleast 10 times. They just kept me on hold for 15 minutes and after that made an excuse that system is slow and asked me to call on another day. I am feed up with the Ebay and their behaviour. I donot know what to do.
