Did not Receive a Gift Voucher - Ebay Makes you Richer

Since last 3 to 4 days I have been talking to your customer care but did not get any satisfied answer. On 16th March, 2013 I had spoken with Shikha ( Customer care Executive ) and she has given me some SR Number: 776474758 and requested me to wait till 48 to 72 hours for a call back from your promotion department. I have waited for the same time but did not receive any calls from your promotion team. Then after i talked to John ( Customer care Executive ) and again he did not give any proper answer and requested me to wait for the same time for a call back.

My Query is: I have bought HTC Desire SV Black ( 281065717058 ) on 23rd Feb 2013. At that time there was an offer going on "Ebay Makes your Richer" on ebay.in and I applied the code which is CONFEBGV22. So I was entitled to get 1000rs Ebay Voucher which I have never received. It was mentioned on the page of offer that the gifts will be shipped by 15th March 2013.

Since I have not received any gifts, I contacted ebay customer support over the call but failed to get any support from ebay.

I would request you to please look into the matter and resolve my query at the earliest.

purchased the transcand external memory 3 days before,that time there was an offer to get the attractive gift above 5000rs purchase also since i have purchased it from axis bank credit card its coupen code is AXISEBAYC1 ...but i have not recived the discount also....product is also not reached to me...so resolved my problem
