This is Arockiaraj here. I recently purchased a AWEI T10vi Earphone/Handsfree Mic & Remote for Samsung Galaxy/HTC/Sony/Micromax for Rs. 559. The item description said it has handsfree Mic & Remote. I paid for it and got the item. But when i opened the item to check, it had only the handsfree Mic and NO Remote. The remote control symbols are there (Play/Pause, Forware & Backward), but NO actual buttons. Morever, the speakers didn't function properly.
When i gave a negative feedback about the item, someone from Ebay called me and said i'm lying. This is utter ridiculous. I have the product with me and i know what i'm reporting. But the person kept on insisting that i'm lying. This is too much.
Your team / whoever has called me don't know how to talk to a customer or handle the customer. They don't look forward to resolve the problem. But insist they sent good product.
After paying for the product, i not only lost my money but also got a tag of LIAR. This is utter non-sense. I'm fed up with the way things are handled.
Altleast in future, tell your staff how to talk to a customer. We don't just report for the sake of reporting.

I'm really upset by the way things are handled at your end. In future i have think twice to purchase the products from ebay if things are handled this way. It spoils your reputation as well.
