Did any seller get firc against payment of pay pal from Deutsch bank

hello,
will like to know that if any of the seller applied for firc from Deutsche bank against the payment from paypal . did the seller get firc or not if yes then what all the procedure was taken to get it.as told by the eBay team we can get the same from Deutsche bank by applying on through a form. so please tell me the procedure will be thankful ....

Why do you need FIRCs? Does your single invoice exceed USD 20000/-? If not, then continue business as usual.

If your single invoice exceed USD 20,000/- (which is extremely unlikely), then you need to ship the item with all the customs formalities. Please consult a Clearing and Forwarding agent for this and they will guide you how to proceed.

Do you mean there is no customs process (Shipping bill, FIRC, BRC) is order value is below USD 20,000?

If possible do provide a link of any Govt dept describing it.

u mean that all we have to do is to keep ebay bill paypal bill with shipping detail in books . show it as export without any firc or export invoice . is that true . i dont think its so easy . And custom clearing agents in my line are not confirmed for it . they dont know any thing about pay pal . if u are doing the way i told above or slightly differ procedure please confirm so that it gets clear to me and i do start following same procedure . will be thankful to u for the same .
