i have applied for the refund on 19th april and it was approved by paisapay on same date.. and till date i didn't recived my refund from ebay. i have also talked to custmr support thrice bt the answer is ur refund will be credited in 3-4 days. and this answer ws consistent from last 3 chats. even they dont have consistent data one is saying that refund is approved on 25 and one is saying on 24.this thing is very frustatng and not working. i am a working guy and dont have very time for all these things.. my paisapay id is 33512075734.
I bought an item from ebay on 16/4/2013 through paypaisa but on the 20/4/2013 I received a message from paypaisa saying that my money was refunded, till now it has not been credited in my account, I have complained by sending mail regardiong this to them still got no reply, I am very worried and think this will be my first time and last time to buy from ebay.....
I have requested for refund as product was never shipped, refund initiated on 28 april 2013 and was told that it will be processed within 5 days, today is the 6th day, still no response from ebay, paisapay id : 33541046477
Wow! I'm not the only with the same refund prob. I was told I'd be getting a refund voucher in 3-4 days and it's over 2 weeks now. Hmm. Maybe in the ebay parallel universe one earth hour is equivalent to a week! And the customer care guy I was corresponding with hasn't even had the courtesy to acknowledge my courier receipt!
