Delay in delivery of camera..pls help

Dear E bay team,

I have ordered for a camera on 23rd March 2006 @ Rs 4095 & got a prompt call from Bombay office to confirm the order, however its 10 days now & still not recd the camera..pls help as I need to give this camera to my organisation

I am sorry to hear that till now you haven't received the camera and neither the money.

I hope you have filed the INR (Item not received) dispute and escalated it to claim.

Since the Seller is suspended .... its you who have to help yourself.

Kindly let the Community know the transaction date, INR dispute filling date and when did you escalated it for claim.

Someone from the Community would be there to help you out.
