Delay in PayPal Funds Transfer

Hi friends , Normally all funds withdrawn from Paypal to our bank account are credited within 3 to 5 days .
I have withdrawn some funds on 19th feb 09 . Paypal shows funds already transfered but they are not received in my ICICI account till date . Anybody else also facing same problem ???????

Paypal seem to have an office in India but their address and contact information is not available anywhere .:(

but still not got any money!

Thanks Real Phoenix for your detailed reply , but the sellers community will be oliged if some responsible ebay pink can confirm these details officially , so that we can use Paypal and Paisapay with complete confidence .

I still have some doubts . I hope to receive a perfect reply from some ebay pink or PaisaPay team this time:

(1) we all know banks will issue FIRC only for the payments received in our account in foreign currency . whereas Paisapay & Paypal are transfering payments to our bank accounts in INR through NEFT . I am sure no bank will issue an FIRC for the same. FIRCs can be issued by bank only if PAYPAL /PAISAPAY transfer funds to our account in foreign currency.

(2) This arise a question that whether FIRCs are still required or not for these payments . Since we are receiving payments in INR then we can issue Invoices also in Indian rupee only . What are RBI guidelines in this regard ????

I suggest that eBay India should maintain a webpage on their website providing complete export procedures for crossborder transactions . This will be helpful to all old & new sellers joining ebay .

This issue urgently need to be setteled this time .We have already lost a lot of international business during last 2 months .

I agree with narinder someone from eBay should address our concerns as soon as possible.I have not re-listed my items even til today due to this reasons.

It seems like again there is some delay with PayPal Funds Transfer to Banks.I withdrawn some amount on 11 Mar but till today nothing in my bank account.I hope it should reach my account soon as I need to pay my seller fees.

Hi Preeti,

Don't worry now everything is on track. I have withdrawn twice on 8th and 11th. First one deposited in my account on 10th and the other on 17th without any problem.

Actually I am worried because some members in this thread are saying that they initiated withdrawal request but did not got money in their bank a/c till now. Currently I have not withdrawn any amount from so many months and in paypal I can see they are asking for pan card no. -- if I don't put my pan card no. but still withdraw - then it will come in my bank a/c or not ?

I had withdrawn some funds on 10th and 12th March. Today I have received it in my account. This is due to delay weekends and holidays. ---------------

Hi there,

I got money today, I am withdraw money March 10th, but Today I got money!

but I am request all are PayPal Member, put your Pan Card Number too,

I thought happen for delay my withdraw, I am withdraw money march 10th,

when Every time I seen ..when I am open Paypal "Pancard" option ..then March 16th, I put Pan card number..

then evening time, I receive message Bank throw ..you receive your money!

so thought PayPal not process your request until you not put Pan Card number if transaction is BIGGER!
