Delay in PayPal Funds Transfer

Hi friends , Normally all funds withdrawn from Paypal to our bank account are credited within 3 to 5 days .
I have withdrawn some funds on 19th feb 09 . Paypal shows funds already transfered but they are not received in my ICICI account till date . Anybody else also facing same problem ???????

Paypal seem to have an office in India but their address and contact information is not available anywhere .:(

PS:If you are a top rated seller from india and list at UK,your eTRS icon will not show.Only UK sellers get this advantage.They just will write 'from india' in your listing.But UK/Australia buyers are best.So just go ahead.

i tried xoom transfer today via bank transfer and cash pick up through paypal both got regected and money is back again in my paypal account

any idea have any body withdrawn through xoom

If in case cheque from paypal arrives safely it will be in INDIAN MONEY

xoom.com troubles a lot in case you are a new xoom.com member
you will not be allowed to transfer more than 1000 usd at one time that also after verification if you are new xoom member.

I have been following your posts, do you feel it will still take months for paypal to start withdrawal to indian banks?

I have also been reading posts in other forums, paypal is still the best for all of us. I just hope paypal and RBI sort out these issues at the earliest.

India badly needs the SME segment, with such setbacks, businessmen kind it difficult to move forward. Indian media has been silent on this issue, thousands are suffering and still no media coverage....

Hello xoom has cancelled my withdrawal transaction stating the reason that initiator and receipiant cannot be same,in this case it was money transfer from my paypal account to my bank account in india so both is myself

pls advice what can be done now

pls advice how can we go about now for withdrawal and chq may take very very long time

According to the current scenario of Indian bank transfer. I think it will still take at least 1-2 months to start bank withdrawal in India. Its not just the personal payment problem. It is an Payment settlement Act issue which PayPal ignored.

See the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) , FAQ, http://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/FAQView.aspx?Id=73

Everything will become into RBI knowledge.

Only one option this time, PayPal should increase the check and card withdrawal limit to unlimited for customers convenience.

I had withdraw some mony throught Xoom and it works fine with me it take 3 days for payment to come in bank account.If you face any problem call Xoom customer service anyways they are not better then Paypal still they will be able to help you.
