Delay from EBAY in shipping product

i talked to seller about shipping the particular item at particular place before payment . seller answered he will ship in next 1-2 days and i have paid for a exercise machine 27-aug2013 and yesterday i contact seller ask about delay in shipping .he answered i will ship ,but today 30 -aug -2013 i have got a message seller will ship 6 -sept 2013 .

can anybody answer me the reason why delay of 9 days   in just sending item by surface transport , item which is in stock ????????????????????

Hello sir, i too purchased Celkon A98 mobile phone on 27th august.. but the seller has not shipped the phone yet.. i even gave an sms to him but he dint reply.. tomorrow i will call him for an update.. 😞

 i have same prolem like u i have shop mobile on 17th aug 13 but i dint get  it till 26 aug 13 so i claim for refund  but ebay will not takine any action  my clime is show still inprogress
