i spoke to the seller and got some information on this, first you said that the seller sold a defective product
on that the seller responded they dont sell defective products,
but agreed to help you on this with replacement or refund
you disagreed to both you dont what to send it back coz it will take time you dont have that time
so the seller offered you a refund and told you not to send it back but still he will refund it to you
on that you are lying and telling that the seller is not helping
ebay community is built on trust of millions of its users
i have proof of your conversation as the seller records have telephonic conversation for quality and training purpose and he made me listen to this
