I purchased a TV from ebay and it was delivered broken. Have been chasing customer care for replacement since 1/11 but no clue as to what's happening..on calling customer care standard reply Is a call back is arrange within 72 hrs but no call comes from ebay..I am calling everyday and quite disappointed with eBays attitude in attending to customer grievance..they don't care..and are very lazy...wrote to grievance officer but no revert .wrote to country manager also but no reply..
