very good evening.. I was ourchased mini washing machine and gas stove on 27th April 2014, i one item before 4th (gas stove) and another item received on 6th of this month. when i was cheching the item i found some cracks on the item, i was shocked and i was drop one mail to customer care and seller also, i requested him for return back my money, The same day i received reply mail from the seller and he mentioned his address, i was dispathed the same on 8th of this month, and i was paid 800/- dtdc courier charges also,
I have a small doubt in this regards,
1) i was purchased the items thought emi, how will i revert that amount.
2) i want to purchased another item, what is the procedure,
3) How many days will take revert the amount.
4) Please mentioned customer care mail id for resolving the problem as soon...
