I ordered my phone on 9th April which was not working from May 15th. As per the conversation with the seller(cellHype) they asked me to send my phone so that they will repair /replace my phone in 15 days.After 1 month, they sent the same damaged phone. Again when I called they said it was a mistake and asked me to send the phone so that they will get it replaced and send the phone on last monday /refund the money. But now they are not responding to my calls neither refund money.I have spend almost 500 Rs extra for shipping my phone twice to the seller. The phone costs 13000 Rs .
