You can check at what date DSR evaluation will be done for your account. On that date if not found any difference then contact to eBay customer support.
We have already contacted customer support with regard to this issue and we were informed that the issue is already escalated. But till date no response, no updation!
A perfect example of mismanagement here!
Please do the needful as it should not take 3 months to update a DSR rating.
After deleting negative feedback DSR Remained. I have waited for long time but its the same. Its because of faulty ebay systems and after deleting feedback still low dsr strike shows on account.
Ebay support people does not understand and they do not have solutions, While chatting online they try to be tricky and push you off As they are not technically qualified to understand problem. Since its system problem :))
Till date no updation done by ebay on DSR, nefative feedback got deleted, that's not my issue. Although feedback is deleted, DSR is not updated.. Raised it months ago, no result .. Very disappointing!
