DON"T BUY FROM EBAY, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU

Everyone who purchase from ebay will have to pay the price first and e - bay will cheat you by providing dead items (from sellers) in association with sellers and won't return your money if claimed. So don't buy from e - bay.

I bought an item Id 320575923187 "Rolex chronograph - brilliant condition" from the seller Id 'hmmmm1987' . Then I found that was a fake one, which I informed to the seller over phone and also I opened a case in ebay's Resolution Centre. When seller did not respond properly then I closed the case for final value claim, vide claim No. 24864. Then ebay's claim adjuster Mr. Rahul Moon sent a mail to me on 05.102010 and advised me to returned back the item to the seller's address (Which Mr. Rahul Moon provided). As I was travelling that time so I was unable to check my mail and when I checked the mail on 08.10.2010 then immediatly sent the item to the seller and mail the scan copy of the my AWB of courier to 'insellerverification@ebay.com' . The seller also received the item as I know from tracking in DTDC site. After that no body has contacted me from ebay. I have tried to contact Mr. Rahul Moon over his phone 022 66041031 and he did not pick the phone. After that I write to ebay costumor care and when contacted over phone the executive informed me that, my case is being closed and no claim shall be considered. I want to tell, if some body did not able to check and respond his email during 48 hours (As the time limit fixed by ebay) due to travelling,illness or any other reason then his claim shall be forfeited by ebay. Where as the seller who is cheating and violating the ebay rules by giving fake item and collecting money for a original item, in this case ebay is not even taking any action against them. The seller 'hmmmm1987' is doing fraud by opening multiple IDs in ebay and selling fake items. Whereas we are the buyer suffering for this and loosing our money like this. There is nobody in ebay to listin to you.Ebay has to change this claim system (48 hrsTime frame for claim) and maintain transperency for claims by giving ample coperation and support to buyers . As I have lost arround Rs. 9000/- out of nothing wrong from my part. If this trend will continue then time'll come ebay will gain impression like 'BAZEE.COM'in past.

Ebay is a cheat site dont buy from it i was also cheated by one seller never replied

You are 100% correct

1)"eBay Buyer Protection" / "Paisapay Protection" / "Paisapay Customer Support" / "eBay Guarantee" ("If not satisfied with your purchase on eBay, we will replace or refund your entire amount (including shipping) within 20 days") / "Community Court" etc.,,,,, all are FARCE.


2)The only thing is COLLUDING 'eBay' with Fraud Sellers to sell their FAKE PRODUCTS and DECEIVING the Buyers. 'eBay' has lost credibility and became biggest cheating portal. I suggest all online buyers not to prefer online buying for the items costing more than Rs 500/-(By following this our loss can be limited to 500 and a lot of harassment can be avoided)
