Everyone who purchase from ebay will have to pay the price first and e - bay will cheat you by providing dead items (from sellers) in association with sellers and won't return your money if claimed. So don't buy from e - bay.

There is timeline prescribed for you to return the goods to the seller in ebay guarantee claim.

If you donot return the goods, under the prescribed time line and unable to submit the scan of the c-notes or shippers copy, then they classify you as non-cooperative claimant , and reject your claims.

Its the same claim adjudication process as in any insurance or governmental claim processing, in the prescribed timelines you need to submit the relevant documents if you fail to do the same, your claim will stand rejected.

Just checked your seller seems to be Sony ericsson specialist and has got lot good testimonials about the same, seems you did not strike a right cord with them, howsoever please from next time submit your documents and also send the goods back to seller for refunds, for goods lying with you, ebay will not issue any refunds.

I have bought before on ebay but one of the products bought through 'Global Easy Buy' was not delivered within Ebay deadline and my refund request is on hold for about a week.

Customer care live chat is offline and phone calls get disconnected while on hold. I have sent 2 reminder emails & waiting for reply.

Is paisapay assurance of refund this difficult! What action I can take for my money refund?

I too AGREE that E-Bay or Its Associated Sites are never concerned for the Buyers rights and money once you buy from e-bay you are ought to get cheated. Please GOD HELP US SAVE OUR MONEY

Before telling about eBay everyone should think about yourself. Why you are lazy so? Why you can't go for direct shopping. Hope you are all educated. Also well known about this world. The person who you can believe is God only. Don't you have a awareness about online shopping and online Transaction. Just think, Whatever items you purchased you can also get that by your nearest. Compared to online shopping direct shopping held very less time. You can get more satisfaction and can enjoying the purchase.

The biggest mistake is you are still believing the third party. Especially foreign items. They make fool out of us.
Think about insurance policies of banks.. How they get benefit? think about Finance company.. How they cheat people..? how they get benefit..? The biggest minus point of ours ( not having awareness )going to be the greatest plus points to them.

Don't believe your Eyes what you are seeing in Ebay. In web page they created that for just attraction. Beware of those. before buying an item kindly know the purpose of that and details.

yes you are correct. The items which are branded company also not standard in which purchase slip and warrenty card seller never gives I purchase NoKIA 6600 for Rs. 8,000/- from dezire_shop,through E-bay this mobile worked One month only from that day I have spend more than Rs 2000/- for its repair because neither Guarantee card is not given nor its software provided. Its sliding stip is changed two time which cost Rs.1200/- duplicate also if you leave original.
NEVER purchase items from E-bay. i have tried to contact desire shop no lifting mobile nor any mail comes. Now I am thinking to take some action seriously.these fraudulent peoples

you need not require any warranty items for nokia phones purchased from india, if you have kept the box, see the manufacturing date,there, and add 1.5 yrs to it, till this date you will receive full warranty for your mobile.

Go to local nokia care with the box, showing the year of import or manufacture and tell him the bill is lost and the shop is closed so cannot get duplicate bill, give him the box, and from the IMEI number you will get full warranty as all nokia phones, have warranty database based on IMEI, if purchased in india, and its not a grey market means a NON-MRP phone.

If your phone is an import phone, then indian warranty will not apply, all lies on the box, there is a sticker with imei, year and month of import .

@zuliqara no warranty card is required if MRP phone, means no grey market, means not intended for use out of india, go straight ahead with box of the phone to nokia care it will be done.

Suject: Paisapay guarantee is a hogwash.

Background: Bought product from GEB on 12/09/2010, not delivered till deadline 07/10/2010, no communication/explanation from seller, filed refund request via 'My PaisaPay', No response for 10days, Later I as told that Ebay can only revert on refund when seller replies to their query, it has been 15 days lapsed of paisapay gurantee of refund on non delivery.

After speaking with customer care & many unresponded to emails, I wrote to Mr. Sushant(EBAY-GEB)for help & I appreciate the unexpected reply from him followed by a much delayed call from Ms. Pragnya (EBAY- claim adjuster) on 20/10/2010, I now understand that Ebay has internal process compulsions thereby I will not receive the due refund till delivery is made beyond the deadlines or refund is allowed by reseller as the item is claimed to have been shipped from US.

The 'PaisaPay' guarantee of refund on non delivery will not be honoured in this case and Ebay is waiting for sellers response. Bottomline is that there is no end to this particular horrendous shopping experience with EBAY.

I have purchased earlier with GEB on Ebay successfully and wanted to shop much more in future for my business and family, especially this Diwali. I find GEB to be a decent seller which provides a wonderful opportunity to buy from US, but my faith in security of my funds with Ebay is over.I have now relegated to the fact that I have lost my money to Ebay.

Fortunately this experience was a learning that big brands like Ebay can also renegade on their promises, 'TRUST' is a word which is taken for a ride by brands like EBAY.

Online shopping is here to stay and offers great conveniences, but there is chance of cheated even with most cautious. As it is said 'CAVEAT EMPTOR' (Let the buyer beware). Goodluck
