Ebay feedback policy is justified for the most of all reasons. But let us keep ebay clean from bidders & buyers who bid or buy just for the fun of it and does not really eager to make a payment. A resolution centre case only entitles for a final value credit for a seller but what about the other losses he has to suffer for no fault of his.? It is high time ebay introduces an automatic negative feedback for non paying buyers & bidders. Let us keep ebay clear from unwanted troubles.

There are some Pros and Cons of every system.

I can understand its frustrating for every seller when they face non-paying bidder.

Limit the use of BIDDING listings, instead use BUY IT NOW with very competitive price you can offer.

EVEN I HAVE NON PAYINV BUYERS FOR BUY IT NOW LISTINGS DUDE.!!
WE SELLERS HAVE NOTHING TO DO EXCEPT SUCK OUR THUMBS AS WE LOST THE LISTING FEES, ENHANCEMENT FEES AND SO ON.
ATLEAST EBAY SHOULD RETURN THEM WHEN THE BUYER DOESN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO PAY OR AT LEAST COMMUNICATE..!! BUT I HAVE SEEN SOME JUST VANISH..!!?
