Dear Buyers & Sellers,Iam selling in Ebay from the past 3 years.After this Bitter Experience,I decided to Quit Selling In Ebay because of the crappy EBAY Claim Adjuster Mr.Talha.

one of my Buyer purchased Brand new HTC one v and i sent it via Speed Post ET149179775IN.There were no Complaints in Speed post as of now from the past 3 years.The buyer simply opened claim #195443 for Item not received Issue.I have sent the proof of despatch and i was yet to send the POD copy.

But Mr.TALHA simply closed the claim in favour of the buyer without even asking the seller's concern.SHAME ON YOU.Please never repeat this again.Sellers like me will suffer a lot and its a matter of 12600 bucks.These guys from Ebay are simply closing the claims without even asking the sellers.Ebay Is getting money not only from the paisapay Commission.We sellers do pay selling fees regularly.Mind it.

Now the Buyer has got both his money as well as the Brand New phone.Someone from the intended department please look into it and try to reopen the claim if you are kind-hearted.Or else leave it.Its better to sell in a shop.

Hi,

I am sorry for your case.
But ebay is not just biased with buyers. They are just incompetent in either direction.My case with Lakhan's Team

In my case(Claim ID: 173386) as per ebay request item is already shipped back to seller on 20th March , through ondot courier , tracking number 317279266 and he received the same on 22ndMarch.

Still I have not received my money back. No one is giving proper reply. Called ebay several time but in vain.

Finally Item is back with seller, money with ebay and I am the looser in this case.

Claim Adjuster needs to be terminated..He always gives refund to buyers without even checking the POD copies or emails...Very useless fellow..

dear all seller at eBay. its time to wake up and get unity to take legal action against eBay. eBay continuously hurting seller's feeling and playing gams with us. entire ebay staff just working like Govt. employee. they act same when you go to any Govt. office. just doing there duty. they are all just copy cat. they know better how to avoid seller's problem. they know very well how to discourage seller. eBay currently 100% buyer oriented company. if any seller has any problem they don't have any assistance for seller. but if any buyer has problem then they are always ready to assist them. all strict rules are only for sellers not fro any buyer. they know how to cheat any seller. they are cheating me since 2 months. i'm paying international listing fees since 2 months and they are not listing at all at eBay.com my any of listings. and charging continuously. when i asked them for assistance they don't have any assistance for that. and my selling is depend only from international buyer. read my post here: http://forums.ebay.in/thread.jspa?threadID=500014319

Iam there to join you.Ebay Continuosly taking actions in the favour of Buyers even after I open this forum.2 days before a claim was closed without even asking me.Its just worth 350rs.So i just left.But initially I lost 12500rs unwantedly.Now the Buyer is not even picking up my call.He is having both the Mobile as well as the refund money.Iam fed up with this type of decisions taken by the Claim Adjuster.

ok from which state and town you belong? look we need to add more seller to take some legal action against eBay. so let me know from which part of the India you belong?

frenz here are some clever buyers just open a new account and they promptly pay with 0 feedbacks.seller ships items immediately with india post but they claim that packet is empty and blackmail to leave neg. feedback. I faced 2 this type buyers and ebay never helps us.what a pity.

The above claim is similar kind of fraud which recently happened with me.

This is 0 Feedback buyer, who first asked me to ship via speed post. Luckily I denied, and shipped via First flight.

After 3 days of transactions, They have opened the item not received case, and and on ( 5th day after case open), the claim adjuster give them refund without contacting me.

When I contacted ebay with POD ( which was sent, but they had not reviewed before taking judgement), they said now, you need to contact buyer, and ask them to deposit money to your bank.

Wonderful service dear wonderful !

Now buyer is not picking up the call ( as they have my items + money )as fraud buyer .
Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

i think an legal notice you should send to ebay India. and it should be go through Consumer Court. what you say?
