Dear Buyers & Sellers,Iam selling in Ebay from the past 3 years.After this Bitter Experience,I decided to Quit Selling In Ebay because of the crappy EBAY Claim Adjuster Mr.Talha.

one of my Buyer purchased Brand new HTC one v and i sent it via Speed Post ET149179775IN.There were no Complaints in Speed post as of now from the past 3 years.The buyer simply opened claim #195443 for Item not received Issue.I have sent the proof of despatch and i was yet to send the POD copy.

But Mr.TALHA simply closed the claim in favour of the buyer without even asking the seller's concern.SHAME ON YOU.Please never repeat this again.Sellers like me will suffer a lot and its a matter of 12600 bucks.These guys from Ebay are simply closing the claims without even asking the sellers.Ebay Is getting money not only from the paisapay Commission.We sellers do pay selling fees regularly.Mind it.

Now the Buyer has got both his money as well as the Brand New phone.Someone from the intended department please look into it and try to reopen the claim if you are kind-hearted.Or else leave it.Its better to sell in a shop.

If you have sent POD copy then I don't think so they will close claim in buyers favor. I think something wrong. You may speak to customer care & ask them to arrange callback from claim adjuster. You too also check whether you have sent correct documents.

The claim team didn't even give me a week time to get the POD copy from Assam....Totally Iam fed up with the decision they took to resolve this claim.They not even interested to open the claim again.

Then why do you use such courier for shipping costly items? You may use fedex or aramex so that atleast you will get proper response from them. After-all Speed post is government operated firm (may b I am wrong ) and they are slow about claim process. So I will suggest learn something from this case & start with new courier option.

That only the solution.

same thing happened with me today,the customer has already recd the parcel sent with professional courier and now ebay is making excuses with guidelines and terms and conditions regarding paisapay policies,the claim has been adjusted with the buyer.
previously they use to sent reminder and email regarding such issues now seem busy not worried for seller etc

Ebay claim adjuster always bias with seller.

Recently they closed one claim without contacting me,due to which, total 5,000 Thousands loss occurred. Now, buyer have items and money, and not picking up my calls at all.

Ebay is cheating sellers i had provid3d documentary evidence still claims closed in favour of buyers i will quit selling on ebay snapdeal and quikr any day better in terms of business and turnover

Buyers are asking to send the parcel through speed post to avoid octroi charges and they are simply claiming cleverly...Sellers,Beware of those Buggers....

Octroi is no longer exist from 1st April. No where in India octroi is applicable now. If incase still octroi exist then you have to use First flight or DTDC as they not charge octroi to customers.
