Customer support is too bad that they keep the customer on hold the call gets disconnected from their end, it happened to me today and the same answer as always "System is very Slow" can please try after some time.

It is true, Customer support is inefficient, I purchased LED TV from e-bay, somehow the transaction got failed at e-bay side but successful at bank side. I gave call to customer support for resolution. Initially they asked me to wait for 72 hours, even after 72 hours there was no resolution and information. After contacting them after 72 hours, they are again asking some bank reference id and asked to wait another 72 hours. Very poor customer service.
